We have an Exciting Opportunity to Make an Impact!We are launching a brand-new Smoking Cessation Service in Bromley, and we’re looking for a Young People and Families Smoke-Free Advisor to help shape this service from the very beginning. This is an opportunity to directly improve the health and well-being of young people and families, supporting them to lead healthier, smoke-free lives.

Role Details:
Hours: Part-time, 18.75 hours per week
Actual Salary Range: £12,233.50 - £13,055.44 (dependent on experience)
Allowance: £1,081.64 Outer London Weighting (based on part-time hours)
Location: Bromley
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing:Inspiring Change – Engage young people and families in conversations about the benefits of a smoke-free life.Providing Tailored Support – Deliver personalised one-to-one and group smoking cessation interventions using a range of evidence-based treatments.Building Strong Partnerships – Work alongside the Bromley Young Persons service and local agencies to create a network of support.Training Professionals – Provide Very Brief Advice training to health and social care professionals to help them support smoking cessation efforts.Raising Awareness – Organise and participate in community events to highlight the risks of smoking and encourage referrals. What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
✔️ Experience working with young people, families, or in health and social care settings.
✔️ A person-centred approach to supporting behaviour change.
✔️ Knowledge of smoking cessation methods and the impact of smoking on health.
✔️ Skills in motivational interviewing or behavioural support.
✔️ Strong communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
