Monadelphous is seeking 2x SMP/Blast & Paint Supervisor to support our Coastal & West Pilbara, and Port Hedland Operations. You will see yourself support a long-term Structural Integrity program of works across multiple sites in the Pilbara. The role will be responsible providing support to scope remedial scopes of work, selection of materials and equipment, development of scaffold plans and implementing effective access methods for development of work packs during the initial stage of the project. Once the project has mobilised to site, the role be responsible for Supervision of trades and subcontractors during execution and forming strong relationships with client representatives. 

There are roster options whether it will be on a 4:3/5:2 with time split between site and Perth before evolving into an 8/6 roster during execution (West Pilbara) or consistency shutdowns profile roster (Port Hedland).
