Your mission, roles and responsibilities Overall responsibilities and duties:SMT Engineer involves controlling and operating a SMT machine, analyzing defects, monitoring flow out, and implementing new models. It involves repair and service, creating WSM/PPAP documents, and implementing Kaizen for improvement. The job also involves managing part changes, enhancing productivity and efficiency, and calculating cycle time.
The main missions of the role are:
Control and Operate SMT machine.Analysis, countermeasure and monitoring all defect in line & Flow outControl new model (Create & Balance program of CM602-L /Contact CT)Repair & Contact service for solve machine trouble.Make WSM/PPAP documentMake Kaizen for improvement line.Control TC&ECN part change.Control productivity & Efficiency, reduce loss time in line. (Machine)Count time of cycle time of all models.Analysis and Countermeasure KPI monthly report.
