We are seeking an experienced SMT Operator to join our team for the swing shift in Milpitas, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SMT machine operation and setup, ensuring the highest quality in our PCB manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

Operate SMT machines for solder painting, placement, and reflow processes.Perform daily setup on SMT machines.Conduct SMT change-over operations.Measure and record solder paste height in SPC (Statistical Process Control).Check solder printing quality after solder paste printing.Set up and replenish feeders during production.Conduct test boards for placement machines.Handload parts before reflow.Record SMT hourly output.Escalate quality issues to the leader.Perform setup operations for the machines.Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S principles.

Requirements:

Previous experience in SMT machine operation and setup.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a disciplined work environment.Good communication skills and ability to escalate issues as needed.Flexibility to work swing shifts and overtime as required.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00
