Evertz USA, Inc. is seeking a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Programmer whose main responsibilities will include creating, updating and maintaining SMT programs including AOI, SPI machines. This role will ensure all programs are up to date and verify ECO’s (Engineering change orders).

Program, optimization and support manufacturingDevelop and implement a plan to eliminate on line program debugRoot cause Defect analysesRead and follow work instructions, company standards and proceduresPerform tasks with high degree of care and attention to detailEnsure all programs are up to date and error freeProgram transfers from computer database to SMT machine in timely manner to help improve SMT efficiencyBe trained to run SMT line for vacation reliefMaintain clean work environmentPerform other related duties as requested, directed, or assignedQualifications:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have outstanding problem solving, time management, and critical thinking skillsExperience with electronic components in an electronics manufacturing environmentStrone attention to detail is requiredBe results oriented, self-motivated, and team playerComputer knowledge is an assetHours of work: 7:00am - 3:30pmMust possess US CitizenshipValid US Passport is an assetWhat We Offer:
