Summary of Role:

Essential Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Qualifications: 

Education – Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplinesExperience - Minimum of 8 years of industrial engineering or process/equipment engineering experienceExcellent interpersonal skills, energetic and self-starterDemonstrated ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environmentOutstanding communication skills - both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituenciesStrong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needsExcellent analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitmentsExperience in cost reduction activitiesTravel - Up to 10%Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications: 

M.S. or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplinesDirect experience in advanced semiconductor device manufacturers or foundriesDirect experience working with tool suppliersStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong planning & organizational skills

Expected Salary Range

$104,000.00 - $198,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
