Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$70.010 - $90.340 - $110.660


The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.


What You Will Do
To provide effective management of operations for the hospital and administration during regular and non-regular business hours.

Summary

This Admin Liaison/RN House Supervisor position will provide effective management of operations for the hospital and administration during regular and non-regular business hours. The Administrative Liaison department supports Admission/Discharge/Transfer (ADT) actions within the 158-bed acute psychiatric setting. The department manages staffing resources, LPS activity, crisis management, and communication with management team.


Required Qualifications

3 years recent clinical experienceCalifornia Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered NursingAHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree2 years leadership experience.Prior house supervision.ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association
