Overview Snow Plow Operators will maintain resort roads and parking lots when needed and monitor road conditions for safety purposes, as well they will be splitting wood and filling wood racks at various locations on property. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to,): Clearing and maintaining resort roads and parking lots. Removal and Hauling of snowbanks Monitor equipment, check fluids, and clean plow equipment and vehicles. Splitting wood and delivery of wood to various property wood racks. Sanding Roads Delivery of Sidewalk Salt to Salt Barrels Operating with precision heavy equipment, tractors, plow trucks blade trucks, front-end loader, and sanding trucks. Qualifications Required Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc) Valid Drivers License High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc) Experience in snow removal is preferred but not required Physical Demands: (Including bending, standing/sitting, lifting, and driving – include durations/weight requirements) Must be able to lift 50lbs Climb Steps/Ladder in larger equipment
