Overview Sunday River Retail is currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable Snowboard Sales Associates for the upcoming winter season for full-time and part-time positions. Snowboard Sales Associates work directly with the Director of Retail to sell through Sunday River Sports. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and will work as part of the greater retail team to manage Sunday River Sports' inventory, ensuring that all merchandise is stocked, organized, displayed and signed for promotions and sale events accordingly. This position is part of the greater Sunday River Retail team and may be asked to fill in at other store locations as needed. Must be available to work days, weekends, and holidays. Snowboard Sales Associates provide excellent customer service in all aspects of snowboard sales and service. Knowledge of winter sports and merchandise preferred, but willing to train desired candidate. Responsibilities Provide customer service to all guests in retail shop Sales expert for all things snowboard Inventory management Accountability for POS sales Stock floor merchandise Maintain merchandising displays as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred but not required Must be at least 16 years old Compensation & Benefits Wage ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on experience Team Member Perks include Season Pass, resort discounts, and access to other Boyne Resorts amenities.
