Responsibilities and Tasks:

Lead Strategic InitiativesWork with stakeholders to create, execute and participate in projects to drive for HBM yield improvement.Lead projects/activities with strong technical leadership in collaboration with fab, TD, PE, and GQ.Develop BKM’s, identify their KPI’s and training documentationYield modelling / pareto benchmarkingIdentify actionable opportunities from cross-fab pareto benchmarkingDevelop and improve Yield Models for Dram and NAND technologiesMaintain and improve methodologies to set targets for yield program (5-bucket, detractor targets)Periodically improve models based on actual performanceInteract and Involve MPUP BP to document yield curve changes on different part types in productionBKM DeploymentDevelop BKM’s for YE and drive implementationLead YE SWAT team to identify/align BKMs and monitor implementationWorks with different teams in the identification of KPIs and with WFD on training material

Requirement and Technical Competency:

Experience in PIE. Understanding of Process/Product Integration will be advantageous;Proficiency in data analytical tools such as Y3, JMP, Python to perform numerical experiment. Proficiency in Statistical/Machine Learning will be additional advantageous; In depth knowledge of processes, equipment and control system;Proven ability to make decisions, multi-task, and troubleshoot problems and address root causes.Exhibit critical thinking to identify opportunities.PhD/Masters/Bachelors with relevant course of study or experience
