Join our Transcom Family as an FP&A Manager
This role is responsible for heading financial analysis, insights, profitability management of the account, and management reporting of the region and/or business unit - including cost-saving actions and driving these actions. Reporting to the Managing Director. The primary objective is to direct and provide guidance and leadership to the overall finance function for the business unit including the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Collects and compiles financial data at the business unit level and oversees the preparation of forecasts, financial, budget, and management reporting & analysis. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.

To be successful in this role you must…
Have a Bachelor's degree or higher. CPA would be ideal.Have at least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. 10 years of experience in a BPO/call center environment is a mustExperience in a similar senior-level FP&A role in a BPO setting is essential.Experience managing C-level stakeholders across multiple geographies is essential.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.Experience with SAP & Hyperion would be preferred.Responsible for managing client P&L including budgeting, planning & forecasting, and profitability analysis.What Life at Transcom is like!
