We are looking for a high-caliber, results-focused business development executive with a talent for stakeholder management. This person will enjoy developing broad and strong relationships with external organizations and other parts of Amazon to find opportunities to grow Ring's global business. This individual will nurture and rapidly expand existing partnerships, establish new lead generation and customer acquisition opportunities, demonstrate getting results and play an important role in shaping Ring's International expansion strategy.

- Lead multi disciplinary teams of highly skilled individuals located across different countries
- Innovate, obsessively monitor the voice of the customer and deep-dive on optimizing GTM approaches towards identified target customer audiences.
- Identify commercial opportunities with variety of partners, defining business cases to justify investment where required, and drive rapid progress from team in executing against these opportunities.
- Develop deep and broaden relationships with senior executives across the organization to stimulate activity and uncover new opportunities and coach a team on doing the same
- Lead contractual negotiations and onboard new commercial partners
- Share learnings and align on the Best of Amazon across regions (EU)
- Explore and establish new alliances to grow the business in collaboration with international colleagues
- Identify mechanisms to track results and feed these back to colleagues and internal leaders
- Collaborate with, and influence, sales, marketing, product managers and other internal stakeholders
