Introduction:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative individual to join our Project Management team. This role requires you to coordinate all aspects of projects, ensuring smooth collaboration among multi-disciplinary teams and adherence to timelines for on-time project delivery.
Your Job:
Manage groups of projects focusing on long-term business objectives in alignment with strategic direction
Evaluates, Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion ensuring alignment with overall programs
Leads or coordinates program planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management
Ensures program results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost
Monitors performance of collection of projects and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases
Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders
Helps manage stakeholders’ expectations, satisfaction, and adherence to contract agreement.
Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or any relevant field of study
Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role
Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and influence stakeholders and team members
Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams
Good problem-solving skills and analytical
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a semi-conductor environment or related industry
Project management certification
