THE ROLEThe Security team at Farfetch is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager who can join us in building and managing a global operations centre, across Porto, Shanghai and Los Angeles. WHAT YOU'LL DOLead and manage Security Operations CenterRevise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations framework, review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAsPerform threat management, threat modelling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring;Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations to be reported to senior managementAnalyse effectiveness of security controls and propose alternative cost effective solutionsAssess the maturity level and map current detection & prevention capabilities against know frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CKHelp define and shape the strategy for the virtual SOC team.WHO YOU AREGraduate in Computer Science or higher in an Information Security fieldExperienced in incident response or security systems administrationA professional with more than 4 years in a similar positionUsed to work in a multicultural and international environmentAble to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholdersA professional with good analytical skills, problem solving and interpersonal skillsProficient in Incident Management and ResponseProficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentationAn excellent communicator with good leadership skillsCertified on Information Security (GCIH, CISSP, GSEC or similar)Proficient in English, both written and spoken.The Security team at Farfetch is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager who can join us in building and managing a global operations centre, across Porto, Shanghai and Los Angeles.
