**Security Supervisor**
Wage: $24.00-25.00/ hour
The **SOC Supervisor** oversees the daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and ensures smooth functionality while maintaining compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

**Responsibilities** :
**Training and Supervision** :
+ Train new operators and team leaders on SOC protocols and procedures.
+ Act as a backup for team leaders to cover call-offs or approved time off.
**Emergency Response and Compliance** :
+ Evaluate emergencies to ensure compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) policies and client requirements.
+ Collaborate with Local Fire and Rescue (LFR) and Emergency Management groups to update and enhance emergency response procedures.
**Scheduling and Coverage** :
+ Monitor and approve time-off requests for SOC operators and team leads.
+ Schedule operators to cover open shifts and provide coverage personally if needed.
**Client Representation** :
+ Attend all Supervisor and Safety meetings.
+ Represent the SOC in meetings involving the client.
**Weather Monitoring** :
+ Monitor weather conditions and determine when to lower the American Flag based on changing conditions.
**Additional Duties** :
+ Assist the Account Manager with client projects.
+ Complete other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
**Qualifications** :
+ 2 years management experience
+ Exceptional communication skills and multitasking abilities.
+ Customer service-oriented with strong report-writing skills.
+ Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to operate various software systems.
+ Ability to meet eligibility guidelines for the position.
