This role includes performing tasks such as security incident detection and response, security event reporting, threat hunting, content maintenance (tuning) and interacting with clients to ensure their understanding of the information generated, recommending client system changes as well as answering security related queries from the clients. **What you'll be doing** **Responsibilities:** 1. Security Capacity Planning: - Collaborate with clients to plan and evolve long-term security capabilities. - Identify emerging technologies that add value to clients. 2. Enterprise Risk Management: - Assess risks related to information security. - Develop effective strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity. 3. Continuous Review and Improvement: - Create detailed reports with insights and strategic recommendations. - Present periodic results and support the review of policies and processes. - Identify and implement improvements in security measures. What We Are Looking For: **Technical Experience:** - Advanced support for firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Checkpoint) and proxies (BlueCoat, Symantec). - Expertise in automation and infrastructure management with Ansible, Satellite, Kubernetes, and Openshift. - Strong experience in Linux environments, virtualization, and monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Nagios. **Strategic Skills:** - Experience leading security projects and orchestrating large-scale environments. - Ability to develop reports and deliver technical and operational presentations. **Preferred Certifications:** - ITIL, Red Hat (RHCA, RHCE), FireMon Solution Expert (FMSE). - SUSE, LPI, Zabbix, CIS.SP, CISM, and related certifications. **Languages:** Preferred: - Advanced English for communication with global clients and technical documentation analysis. - Spanish for communication and coordination with SOC LATAM teams. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
