We are looking for a Social & Brand Content Creator to strengthen our brand’s online presence and employer brand efforts. This role involves creating content for our social media, engaging with AppsFlyer’s community, and building the AppsFlyer brand by developing creative campaigns while also driving employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
What you'll do:
Develop and create creative content to drive engagement and grow our online communities. Activate and execute the social media calendar, creating engaging and relevant content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Lead the conversation with online audiences, fostering community discussions and responding to comments/messages. Activating comprehensive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement globally. Leverage multiple channels—social media, company website, job boards, podcasts, meetups, and industry events—to promote the employer brand and increase visibility among potential candidates. Work closely with the creative, comms, and Talent teams to align the initiatives with business objectives and execute collaboratively.What you have:
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content creation, and social media management. Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas and content hands-on. Savvy with mobile editing and AI. Proven experience managing diverse social media channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or recruitment marketing is a strong plus.Bonus Points:
