Job Responsibilities: + Develop and execute creative strategies to grow customer engagement, conversion rates and sales through social commerce. + Use in-depth knowledge of platform-specific shopping features such as Instagram Shops, TikTok Shopping features. + Skilled in integrating product catalogs with social platforms and linking e-commerce platforms like Shopify. + Leverage and analyze various metrics including CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS (return on ad spending) to assess the effectiveness of our social commerce strategies. + Design and execute engaging content including videos and interactive posts tailored to social commerce.
