Overview:
The Social Content Producer is responsible for working closely with the Creative and Performance teams to provide digital support for SCUF Gaming via social content. The ideal candidate will understand social media platforms, creative processes, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and will support and collaborate with key Marketing leaders and team members.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily output of SCUF content on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Create and implement detailed social posting calendars, including creative content descriptions and post copy. Post, engage, and schedule creative content within the platform while ensuring they are within the necessary social requirements. Create static and video content based around trending topics and games using best practices as detailed by the content team. Maintain a current, searchable library of all projects, photos, and social assets. Interact with followers to initiate authentic conversation and maintain a brand image and tone across all social platforms. Stay on top of current trends in the digital and social spheres and apply them to work in progress. Develop concepts that target key audiences through social and digital platforms and provide excellent and innovative copy. Support the building of creative strategies and copywriting materials including conceptualizing creative campaigns. Always be punctual and effectively manage your time while communicating proactively Juggle multiple projects with parallel timelines. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 2+ years' experience in social media/digital content Deep understanding of gaming culture and FPS audiences, specifically Call of Duty, Apex Legends, Fortnite, and more Capable of being a nimble participant in the gaming community, proactive enough to stay on trend and quickly drive content ideas and in-the-moment production Excellent writing skills and a sharp wit - quick with a brand-appropriate Twitter copy or pop culturally relevant Instagram caption that aligns with the SCUF voice Strong working knowledge of videography systems, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and other graphics/editing programs Understand the role of a creative brief, how work should flow from it, and how to develop ideas against it Ability to effectively present work in one-on-one and small group situations Exercise excellent time management, project scoping, decision-making, problem solving and organizational skills Able to take direction and feedback well, and execute dictated design ideas when necessaryDesired Characteristics:
