The Social Growth & Community Strategist responsible for enhancing our brand presence through effective community management and growth-driving initiatives, including leading our social advocacy program. In this role, you’ll ensure UWM remains relevant and competitive in the social media landscape. You’ll engage with audiences, analyze opportunities, manage risk, build social communities and be a front-line voice of our brands.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGWhat You Will Be Doing:
Leading community management across social media platformsProactively engaging in social listening across forums, moderating discussions and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries quickly to foster positive engagementAnalyzing audience interests and behaviors to identify strategies and opportunities to build and nurture online communitiesCollaborating with brand owners and social strategists to increase community engagement and follower growthLeading UWM’s internal social advocacy program by creating and managing content; encouraging and enabling team members to share our brands’ messages on their personal social media channelsDeveloping and implementing community guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming environmentMonitoring key metrics to benchmark and measure community engagement metricsConducting quarterly analyses of competitors' social media strategies and community engagement effortsContinuously monitoring social media platform trends and new capabilities to identify opportunities for market differentiation; regularly communicating best practices WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUWhat We Need From You:
