Job Title: Social Impact Associate

Pay: $40-50/hour depending upon experience

Responsibilities:
The Social Impact Project Associate is responsible for mapping and documenting all Employee Engagement Volunteer and Giving Program and supporting Employee Engagement Programs. This role will also play a crucial role in driving and supporting new and ongoing initiatives aimed at maximizing our social impact.
Process Documentation: Lead a project to map and document existing Social Impact programs and processes to create a playbook for onboarding and operations.
Communication: Assisting in maintaining effective communication strategy for Employees to be informed of Volunteer and Giving Opportunities.
Support Employee Volunteerism and Giving Programs: Assist in the coordination and promotion of employee volunteer opportunities. Create Program toolkits. Manage volunteer rosters, schedules, and communications to ensure a smooth and rewarding volunteer experience.
Help design and create support new Employee Engagement initiatives.
Marketing Volunteer Opportunities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote volunteer opportunities internally.
Assist in the implementation of process improvement efforts.
