Job Title: Social Impact Associate

Type: Contract (16 months)
Pay: $40-50/hour depending upon experience

Must Haves:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, communications, philanthropy, non-profit management or related fields or 5 years minimum experience Additional Skills Desired: Experience in developing and managing complex projects Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organization skills and attention to detail Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using various software applications, databases, and other technological tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint), data management, and online communication platforms. Passion and commitment to making a positive impact Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain a high level of ethical conduct and confidentiality Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and ability to thrive in dynamic environments

Responsibilities:

The Social Impact Project Associate is responsible for mapping and documenting all Employee Engagement Volunteer and Giving Program and supporting Employee Engagement Programs. This role will also play a crucial role in driving and supporting new and ongoing initiatives aimed at maximizing our social impact.

Process Documentation: Lead a project to map and document existing Social Impact programs and processes to create a playbook for onboarding and operations.

Communication: Assisting in maintaining effective communication strategy for Employees to be informed of Volunteer and Giving Opportunities.

Support Employee Volunteerism and Giving Programs: Assist in the coordination and promotion of employee volunteer opportunities. Create Program toolkits. Manage volunteer rosters, schedules, and communications to ensure a smooth and rewarding volunteer experience.

Help design and create support new Employee Engagement initiatives.

Marketing Volunteer Opportunities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote volunteer opportunities internally.

Assist in the implementation of process improvement efforts.
