What You'll Do

As a member of the Social Impact marketing team, in BCG's Advanced Capabilities Center office, you’ll support ongoing Social Impact projects - communicating the firm’s rapidly growing commercial work on the role of business in society, as BCG helps the private sector deliver systemic solutions to the world’s biggest social and environmental problems, such a climate change, profitably. You will also focus on the firm’s work at the intersection of the private, public, and social sectors, with partners such as WWF, Save the Children, and WFP.

 

While this role is broad, you’ll mainly be focused on external communications and promotion of BCG thought leadership across LinkedIn and other platforms. Other responsibilities will include supporting external events and engagements, coordinating with internal teams, and working with the Global Social Impact Marketing team on an array of ad hoc projects. This well-rounded role will also support overall management activities for the Social Impact practice, again, with an emphasis on marketing and communications.

 

YOU'RE GOOD AT 

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for and commitment to social impact; demonstrated writing experience; an active social media presence; closely follow current events; be highly organized; feel comfortable working on multiple projects and reporting to varying seniority levels simultaneously; be willing to learn what may be new technologies, including Figma, Trello, and Microsoft Dynamics; and possess excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.

Who You'll Work With

The Social Impact marketing team located in Boston and London, primarily. However, you will also work with the broader Social Impact global management & operation team in addition to various senior members of the practice and global corporate marketing teams.
