We are looking for a Associate Director/Social Strategist to join our Brand, Social and Influencer team and work on a global client across hair care, beauty and fabric care. As a Social Strategist, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented communications professionals in the industry and do the best work of your career. If you have a passion for the ever-changing world of Social, can deliver integrated communications and lead on social strategy, social content planning, social best practice, social media organic & paid principles, this is a fantastic opportunity to do brilliant work on a great client.

What you'll do:

Clients: Act as a strategic client advisor – demonstrate an ability to deliver meaningful business results and trouble shoot problems as they arise, assuming a lead role in the client planning and development process Business Development: Take a leadership role in seeking incremental and new business opportunities, the pitching process, and networking People Focus: Take a leadership role in acquisition of junior talent Financial Acumen: Demonstrate commercial acumen and proficiency in financial management tools

What we're looking for:

PR Expertise: Previous experience in a PR role with a social focus, with demonstrable skills in social strategy, social content planning, best practice and organic and paid principles, alo9ng with a deep understanding of the sphere of influence and how we can leverage talent to create, activate and amplify brand content and campaigns Industry: Prior experience within a creative agency in a social role or an in-house content/social/influence role Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment, partnering with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to drive success. Passion for DE&I: You understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are eager to contribute to a workplace where everyone's voice is heard and valued, playing a pivotal role in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Innovation Mindset: You keep up with emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and media relations, applying them creatively to your strategies.
