Tasks and Responsibilities:
Function as a core team member on major projects. Develop innovative solutions for complex client needs, provide regular and ad - hoc consultancy services, and create client - ready presentations. Actively contribute to and, at times, lead new initiatives aimed at expanding our service offerings. This includes formulating customized proposals to secure new client projects. Communicate effectively with other teams and internal departments to discuss and resolve issues promptly, thereby ensuring high - efficiency operations. Contribute to and build a knowledge base that enables the team to continuously enhance client delivery, be an inspiring people leader who will apprentice and mentor colleagues.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing/Business analyze/statistics. Advanced skills in research and report writing, proficient in PPT, Excel and other office software. Experience in data/content analysis, and complex problem solving. Excellent presentation and project management skills. Takes the initiative to proactively resolve issues within own remit and recognize when requires escalation. Embraces a changing environment, adapts well to changing demands and ambiguous situations and adapts own behavior accordingly. Expresses self clearly & displays sensitivity to develop constructive relationship with others. Experience in a multi-cultural environment and demonstrated cross cultural awareness. Exhibit good communication and writing skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
