They're busy focusing on game development as they prepare for an upcoming Kickstarter campaign and early access launch. They need support establishing their marketing presence and handling administrative tasks to ensure a successful game launch.

Our client needs this role to manage their social media presence, marketing initiatives, and administrative tasks, allowing their development team to focus on creating the best possible game. They need someone to build brand awareness, grow their online community, and establish systems for consistent outreach ahead of their Kickstarter campaign, while also ensuring smooth operations by handling tax paperwork and administrative coordination.
The Impact you’ll makeSocial Media Management\nCreate and implement a content strategy for Instagram, Discord, and Twitter\nDesign basic graphics and engaging posts to showcase game features and development updates\nGrow our follower base and engagement across platforms\nEstablish foundation systems for consistent social media posting\nMarketing & PR Support\nAssist with planning and executing PR campaigns\nLiaise with marketing companies like CSC Global and Strangely Compelling\nCreate and manage email newsletters to grow our subscriber base\nSupport Kickstarter and early access preparations\nWebsite Management\nAssist with the redevelopment of the company website\nUpdate website content to reflect current game development progress\nEnsure newsletter signup functionality is optimized\nAdministrative Support\nManage tax paperwork and forms for the studio\nHandle communication with service providers\nOrganize and maintain digital files and documents\n\n
Measure of Success\n\nEstablishment of functioning systems for social media and newsletter management within the first 30 days\nGrowth in social media following and engagement metrics across platforms\nIncreased newsletter subscriber count and open rates\n
