Social Media Advisor - International Health Brand Team
**Social Media Advisor** Sitting within the International Health Brand Center of Excellence, the Social Media Advisor works closely with stakeholders across functional business areas to develop, deliver and report on brand-led social media campaigns, executing strategies that build relationships and accelerate growth, drive sales, and deliver the brand promise globally. This role must be equally comfortable with strategy and delivery, working closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and then playing a hands-on role in developing and leading programmes that deliver those goals. The role will have a focus on supporting social leadership in International Health, working with a global, diverse team. This role will also oversee our social media agency relationship, ensuring that the agency’s work is aligned with business goals and delivering the highest quality outputs. In a given week, the person in this role might work on the long-term planning of an annual social media calendar, brief our agency to develop a thought leadership piece for a senior leader, and deliver a LinkedIn Live event aligned to an organisational priority. Stakeholder management skills, and the ability to create and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships, are key to this role. This role works closely with other teams and individuals who are responsible for delivering social media activity, and who look to the Social Media Advisor to provide advice on best practices. This position requires strong analytical skills to support overall social performance and achieve goals as well as understanding of social platforms and how each of them impacts audience behaviours and content performance. The Social Media Advisor will be responsible for pulling social results and data for brand campaigns, providing leadership with reports and insights that will take our social media campaigns to a new level of success. The role sits on the International Health Brand team, a team of four which includes the Head of Brand for International Health, the Brand Advisor, the Social Media Advisor, and the Brand Lead Analyst. **Key Accountabilities include:** + Proven experience developing, delivering and reporting on brand-led B2B and B2C social media, both paid and organic, with particularly strong experience in LinkedIn + An in-depth understanding of social media analytics and a strength in uncovering insight and presenting recommendations to stakeholders + Building strong, collaborative relationships with employees across the organisation, including influencing teams responsible for social media in other business lines + Skill in presenting plans and analytics to stakeholders and senior-level executives + Leading the development of social media strategy, plans and calendars + Being on top of new trends and tools and advising business partners on how best to implement innovations to meet business goals **Job Requirements** + 6+ years of social media experience (corporate or agency experience preferred) + Hands-on experience developing and delivering social media activity, including copywriting and design of assets, with support from our agency + Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills + Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a positive, collaborative mindset + Strong project management and analytical skills + Experience managing an agency partner + In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and an understanding how each of them uniquely impacts audience behaviour and content performance + Keen interest in new social media trends and innovations + Strong knowledge of social media analysis tools, including setting KPIs + Healthcare or insurance industry experience a plus + Occasional travel required (less than 10%, both UK and international) **About Cigna Healthcare** Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
