**Description:** As a Social Media and Content Creative Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the hotel's social media creative strategy, not limited to Alila Seminyak, but also our second-to-none Seasalt restaurant to support the company's overall business objectives. The Social Media and Content Creative Executive supports in safeguarding the brands' reputation and ensuring the on-brand implementation of brand operating standards and programs. This on-brand implementation extends beyond Alila Seminyak to encompass other ancillary revenue sources, such as Seasalt, Beach Bar, and Spa Alila. **Qualifications:** + Professional and positive attitude + Oversee and manage the Meta Ads Manager + Competency in managing social media, not limited to Instagram, but also Meta, Reels, Threads, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, TikTok, etc in the future that required by Alila Seminyak in order to generate awareness + Proficiency in using Adobe, Corel Draw, Multimedia (photography & video software, animation, etc) + Execute a comprehensive social media plan in alignment with the resort's brand positioning and target audience + Create engaging and visually captivating content + Establish a consistent content schedule to ensure a continuous and engaging presence across all channels.
