JOB DESCRIPTION:  Social media and Content Specialist

THE JOB

Social media and Content Specialist will plan and execute social and digital efforts to build Ticketmaster CZ platforms with the long-term goal of gaining brand awareness. This role will also be responsible for producing written content for social media, blog, and newsletter.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Manage multiple social media accounts, including sourcing content, writing copy and providing community management.Produce and distribute different forms of written content (social media, blog, newsletter)Develop and implement effective SEO content strategies to drive, engage, and convert traffic to the Ticketmaster CZ website.Create and schedule weekly newsletters for upcoming events, whilst meeting database performance KPIs, such as reducing the opt-out percentage

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)

Knowledge of social media platforms (esp. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and tools (Sprout Social, Facebook Creator Studio etc.)Knowledge of SEO toolsKnowledge of website management tools (esp. WordPress)Excellent writing skills (in Czech)Fluent Czech and English (C1/C2)Knowledge of the Adobe Suite Programs is an advantage.
