Position Summary
We're looking for a Social Media Assistant to help with social media content production and reporting for one of our largest and most prestigious client accounts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring content is published on-time and error-free, while also helping our clients measure the impact social media is having on their business. We’re looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, a passion for customer service and an interest to learn and grow in the social media content creation space.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator team to support the creation and execution of social media content for clients.Ensure content is published on time and meets quality standards by reviewing for accuracy and consistency.Assist with social media post boosting and page brandingAnalyze campaign data to help clients measure the impact of their social media efforts on business performance.Utilize tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite to design visuals and schedule posts for clients across various platforms.What You Bring
1-2 years of experience in social media content creation and/or management, with a strong understanding of local social media trends.Detail-oriented with the ability to review and refine content to ensure quality and consistency.Proficient in data analytics, with experience pulling and aggregating performance metrics and a strong ability to distill insights for reporting and optimization.Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.Highly organized with excellent time management skills, a natural ability to multitask, and the capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision.Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite is a plus, but not required.What You’ll Get

This role is a hybrid position based in Purchase, NY, or Rochester, NY offices. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range for this position is starting at $35,000 to $45,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.
