Terms: Full-time

Pay: $16/hr (Onsite premium of additional $1.50/hr)

Job Summary

As part of Team Alorica, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED Strong computer navigational skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional listening/comprehension skillsProfessional and courteous Good understanding of social media pop cultureProven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills

Work Environment

Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environmentAbility to handle viewing graphic and potentially disturbing contentAbility to react quickly and effectively with high attention to detail and fast learning abilityAbility to work required full time schedule within our 24/7 hours of operation (subject to change based on business needs)High level engagementPossess a high level of professionalism
