Terms: Full-time

Pay: $16/hr (Onsite premium of additional $1.50/hr)

Job Summary

As part of Team Alorica, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED  Strong computer navigational skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional listening/comprehension skills Professional and courteous  Good understanding of social media pop culture Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills

Work Environment

Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment Ability to handle viewing graphic and potentially disturbing content Ability to react quickly and effectively with high attention to detail and fast learning ability Ability to work required full time schedule within our 24/7 hours of operation (subject to change based on business needs) High level engagement Possess a high level of professionalism
