**_Location: 14002 E 21st St #600, Tulsa, OK 74134 (Onsite Position)_**
**_Terms: Full-time_**
**_Pay: $16/hr (Onsite premium of additional $1.50/hr)_**

**Job Summary**
You’ll be the human element in the equation, serving an important purpose by removing content that violates community guidelines/policies and doesn’t belong on the platform, which keeps its users safe and comfortable.
**_Key Job Responsibilities_**
_Review Content (video, image, text) and conduct quality control, ensuring the content complies with local policies and regulations_
+ _Become and remain knowledgeable about online community standards_
+ _Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content_
+ _Review the reported content with agreed turnaround times and standards of quality_
+ _Escalate issues outside of the company policy_
**_Qualifications_**
+ _High school diploma or GED_ _ _
+ _Strong computer navigational skills_
+ _Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)_
+ _Excellent oral and written communication skills_
+ _Exceptional listening/comprehension skills_
+ _Professional and courteous_ _ _
+ _Ability to handle viewing graphic and potentially disturbing content_
+ _Ability to react quickly and effectively with high attention to detail and fast learning ability_
+ _High level engagement_
+ _Possess a high level of professionalism_
+ _Good understanding of social media pop culture_
+ _Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills_
**_Work Environment_**
+ _Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment_
+ _Ability to work required full time schedule within our 24/7 hours of operation (subject to change based on business needs)_
