We are hiring a Social Media Coordinator to help with social media marketing across all of our product lines. The right candidate will be a team player who is able to work within strict guidelines and deadlines, coordinate promotional events and share relevant information with our audience. We strive to provide our customers with the best customer service possible, so we are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills. The Social Media Coordinator will help our Brand turn customers into advocates. Serving as a community gatekeeper, moderator and stimulates discussions about our products and solutions.
The candidate will need to be good at writing for social media. Also requires excellent customer relations and other people skills, such as reputation management. And thinking strategically in real time is invaluable for long-term effectiveness. Will Develop community strategy, engagement and growth plan.
Work Experience
Create plans for the company's social media marketing strategy.Monitor social media sites to identify consumer trends and respond to them.Create a budget for social media marketing.Work with the digital marketing team to improve the company's website, develop better landing pages, and perform other online endeavors.Create a marketing campaign based on consumer preferences.
