Social Media Coordinator
Overview Job Purpose Are you passionate about social media and eager to drive impactful content for an iconic brand? The NYSE is looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about creating content that resonates with diverse audiences across multiple platforms. As a Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our social media strategy, helping us connect with our audience in innovative and meaningful ways. Responsibilities Content Creation & Publishing Develop and publish social-first content across platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube, with a focus on storytelling that drives engagement. Craft visually compelling posts using creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva. Produce and edit video content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. Social Media Strategy & Calendar Management: Manage the social content calendar, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand message across all channels. Monitor trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to adjust strategies and optimize content performance. Community Management & Engagement: Moderate comments, mentions, and messages on NYSE’s social channels, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Foster relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand presence and reach. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key social media metrics, using tools like Sprinklr, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Business Manager. Analyze data to provide strategic recommendations, optimize content strategy, and drive continuous improvement in social media performance. Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging social media copy tailored to platform-specific audiences. Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Manager). Understanding of social media trends, SEO, and hashtag strategy to maximize content reach. Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus. A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital trends. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required. Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week. New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 55,000 - 75,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
