Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Social Media Coordinator for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is a long-term freelance opportunity. About the Role We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to own and drive our brand’s messaging across social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands how to engage audiences, and can create compelling content that aligns with our overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities + Content Creation: Develop, design, and produce high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, blogs, etc.) to support our brand’s social media strategy. + Social Media Management: Own and manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent posting and engagement. + Messaging & Strategy: Craft compelling messages that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives, proactively shaping how we communicate with our audience. + Engagement & Community Building: Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and foster relationships with followers to increase engagement and brand loyalty. + Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use social media analytics tools to track performance, report insights, and optimize content for better engagement and reach. + Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience growth, and conversions. + Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep our strategy fresh and competitive. Requirements Qualifications + 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role. + Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging social copy. + Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). + Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, etc.). + Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and take ownership of brand messaging. + Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
