Summary
This part-time position will support the development and execution of social media strategy and strategic internal and external communications through content development and posting, reporting of analytics, and adherence to brand standards, as well play a key role in the coordination of conferences, trade shows, and events.
Responsibilities
Work closely with marketing/corporate communications team to:Develop and execute social media strategies four affiliate companies on LinkedIn and Facebook; create posts and graphics with direction; monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences; track engagement, impressions, and audience growth on a monthly basisDevelop and format content and graphics for internal and marketing communications, i.e., emails, intranet posts, presentations, newsletters, web copyAssist with coordination of conferences and trade showsUpdate website content via content management systemMaintain brand standards for all deliverablesOccasional need for travel – Travel expenses paid by company.Requirements
Completion of college coursework in marketing, communications, or affiliated majorStrong communication and organizational skillsWriting and editing – submission of writing samples requiredCreation of basic graphicsExperience implementing a social media strategy – submission of posts created requiredProficiency with Adobe Creative software and Microsoft PowerPointWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
