The Customer Advisor will serve the Thai community market, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers while understanding and resolving their issues in a professional and approachable manner.Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions through chat, email, and outbound calls.Respond to and support customer inquiries related to product purchases, including issues such as refunds, shipping delays, and incorrect product shipments.Act as an intermediary between merchants and customers, communicating decisions and updates to both parties.Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with a focus on delivering a positive experience.Provide feedback and insights to improve the customer service process and enhance platform efficiency.Required Qualification:
Thai national Native in Thai speaking, listening, writingBachelor degreeFresh graduates are welcomeWork onsiteWorking shift & schedule:
