Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The prospective candidate will form part of the Marketing and Communications team, which handles all marketing efforts across multiple channels and platforms, including paid and organic social media management. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, analytics, and audience engagement strategies, and be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s online presence, aligning social media activities with business objectives, and driving engagement and growth across platforms.

Your Mission

You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, addressing day-to-day tasks from strategy to execution. PwC professional skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Developing and implementing comprehensive social media campaign strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Working closely with cross-functional teams whilst managing end-to-end content, including scripting, filming, and editing, whilst ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging content.

Collaborating with graphic designers and social content writers to ensure alignment with broader campaigns and objectives

Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics, as well as make use of data and insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

Remain up-to-date with digital marketing trends and practices, platform updates and changes which can impact current workflows.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Social Media Executive, or a similar role.

Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google or Adobe Analytics.

Analytical and data-driven mindset with a creative approach.

Strong coordination and organisational skills.

Good understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Creative thinker with a passion for digital storytelling.

Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator would be considered an asset.
