We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media & Graphic Design Manager to join our dynamic team in Southlake, TX. This role will play a vital role in crafting and executing a compelling digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms, primarily LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching graphics, engaging content, and managing our online reputation, all while working closely with other departments to amplify our brand voice and achieve strategic goals.

Job Description:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives

Analyze audience data and social media trends to inform content creation and platform prioritization

Conduct competitor analysis and identify best practices to optimize reach and engagement

Data-Driven Analysis:

Analyze social media data, including followers, impressions, engagement, and engagement rate, to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement

Report on social media insights and performance metrics to internal stakeholders

Utilize data-driven insights to refine content strategy and optimize targeting for maximum impact

Content Creation & Management:

Craft captivating text posts, captions, and other content for across all assigned platforms

Schedule and publish content strategically for maximum impact

Monitor engagement and performance, iterating based on data and audience feedback

Graphic Design:

Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and other visual assets for social media posts and company messaging using Canva

Maintain brand consistency in all visual communication

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging visual content concepts

Community Management:

Actively engage with followers across all platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews

Foster a positive online community and address any negative feedback professionally

Implement basic online reputation management strategies to enhance brand image

Photo & Media Management:

Collect, manage, and organize photos and media assets from various departments and programs within our organization

Develop a system for efficient storage, retrieval, and usage of these assets

Ensure proper compliance for all media used

Additional Responsibilities (Preferred but not Required):

Contribute to website content creation, management, and basic design and understanding of WordPress

Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve website traffic and visibility

Utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement

Run targeted Google Ads campaigns to reach potential customers and drive conversions

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar design software to create impactful and brand-consistent visual content

Create and edit engaging video content for social media or other marketing purposes

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation

Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies

Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram for business purposes

Strong understanding of visual design principles and experience with Canva

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach

Strong organizational and project management skills

Experience with digital asset management

Basic knowledge of Excel for data analysis

Ability to travel to Southlake, TX 3-5 times per year
