The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of B2B marketing, experience managing social media platforms, and the ability to analyse and optimize content for performance. The role holder will lead our Social Media Community of Practice (CoP), generating content, coordinating and planning content campaigns, and giving insights on content performance to drive continuous improvement and growth of our channels, both paid and organic. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise company social media profiles across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platformsCreate, curate, and schedule engaging content as part of the social media CoPMonitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementStay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practicesOversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysisEnsure brand consistency and compliance with company messaging and policy across all social media channelsKnowledge Knowledge of social media channels and tactics across paid and organicUnderstanding of social strategies and policy Experience in community management and social listening toolsSkillsExcellent writing, editing, and communication skillsAbility to plan, manage and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to bring creative and innovative approaches to social campaignsAbility to analyse data, interpret insights, and present recommendationsExperienceExperience of as part of a marketing agency or in-house marketing team with active participation in generating and managing social media contentQualificationsPreferably degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldAbility to demonstrate practical experience and aptitude in a high-paced work environmentAt RES we celebrate difference as we know it makes our company a great place to work.
