Social Media Manager, Prime Video Japan

To further enhance our data-driven approach to social media engagement with Japanese customers, we are seeking a talented Social Operations Manager.

In this role, you will lead the data analysis and insights generation for our "Always-on" social media strategy, focusing on optimizing content performance and audience engagement through comprehensive data analysis. You will serve as a key strategist between advertising agencies and Amazon teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment while streamlining stakeholder interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the global social team to implement advanced analytics, manage measurement frameworks, and develop security protocols for the JP team.

We are looking for someone with experience in managing business social media accounts, proficiency in analysis and process development using various tools such as Excel, Sprinklr, and AirTable, and a passion for entertainment genres.
