Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website). Develop and execute a robust content strategy aligned with brand identity and marketing goals. Plan, create, curate, and schedule engaging content—visuals, videos, and copy—for each platform, customized to platform strengths and audience preferences. Oversee the creation and optimization of social media assets (e.g., profile banners, thumbnails, ads, landing pages). Maintain a content editorial calendar to align with campaign timelines, key events, and publishing consistency. Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, inquiries, comments, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate boosting and implementation of paid social campaigns, including budget monitoring and performance analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, creative, and production teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions), using insights to refine strategy. Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and implementing initiatives to generate positive feedback. Support basic website content management and apply minor HTML updates when needed.
