Social Media Manager

Accountabilities

Have a deep understanding of RXs’ audience, market, solutions and business modelsWork with various business units and regional Branding & Communications leads in setting the corporate branding content plan and strategy around using social media platforms as delivery channelsImplement and schedule post in social media channelsHave a scalable process to track promoters and detractors, and protocols on how we respond to themEnsure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by aligning with show teams and brand managersCollect data and analyse interactions and visits, use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns   Grow and expand the social media footprint of various RX brandsDefine best practices within RX on how to operate social media platformsTrack, review, analyse the performance of our social media channels and drive plans to improve results and/or address gaps

Qualifications:

1-2 years of relevant work experience on social media management.Knowledgeable in using social media platforms such as: FB, IG, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media management tools used for copy writing and strategizing social media eventsKnowledgeable on how to create social media calendar for events/shows RX are supportingRelevant degree in business, marketing or other relevant fieldsStrong and effective communicator and a reliable team player
