As the Social Media Manager, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the digital presence of the brand. From managing content calendars to posting on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, you'll be at the forefront of creating engaging and revenue-generating content. This is your chance to work alongside a dynamic team dedicated to driving meaningful change and creating engaging content.Responsibilities: Organize and manage all digital assets, ensuring proper tagging and storage. Post consistently on social media platforms, including Instagram (2-3 times daily). Build and maintain content calendars for campaigns and initiatives. Track and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies for growth and lead generation. Collaborate with the Creative Director and external agencies to execute campaigns. Develop a presence on YouTube, coordinating video edits and content uploads. Manage LinkedIn content, including daily posts and newsletters, to drive engagement. Oversee direct message (DM) management and coordinate with funnel agencies. Qualifications: 5+ years of social media management experience. Proficiency in Asana, spreadsheets, and video management tools like Framio. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to follow direction while contributing ideas. Experience managing personal brands or similar roles. Strategic mindset focused on lead generation and content monetization. Knowledge of YouTube strategies for revenue growth.
