Social Media Manager
Overview The Social Media Manager develops and executes a centralized strategy to help attract and engage various audiences, as well as build community engagement and enhance brand positioning. This role requires a curious, self-motivated individual who can strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns, brand-building messages, and corporate communications in Beazer’s brand voice across social media channels. This position will drive the success of our organic social media efforts through a combination of strategic planning and ongoing tactical execution. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, Google My Business and TikTok) ensuring the content is optimized for each platform, on-brand, and aligned with our target audience’s needs. Creates and manages all content for social channels (i.e. images, video and written) that showcase our homes, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes moments. Curate relevant third-party content that aligns with the brand strategy. Develops an annual and monthly content calendar that integrates promotional, seasonal and relevant content that prompts engagement and enhances brand reputation. Maintains a consistent writing style and voice across all communications. Analyzes, reviews, and reports monthly to maximize results; translates anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising/optimizing social media efforts. Utilize social listening tools to track brand sentiment, identify emerging trends, and gain insights into customer preferences and market dynamics. Use this data to inform content strategies and stay proactive in addressing customer concerns or questions. Work closely with the marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure social media content supports broader campaigns, events, and product launches. Assist in the development of promotional materials and marketing initiatives. Collaborates with the Customer Advocate team to develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for responding to reviews, comments and messages. Conducts online advocacy and build relationships with applicable companies & influencers to promote an open stream for cross-promotions. Develops and maintains strategic relationships with external blogs, forums, groups, third party message boards and industry specific communities (as applicable). Provides tools, processes, training and thought leadership to the field marketing team for local social initiatives. Education & Experience Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns. Strong understanding of the residential homebuilding industry (or real estate) and the unique needs of this market. Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand narratives. Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Strong eye for design and aesthetics to ensure visually appealing content that aligns with our brand. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions. Creative and forward-thinking with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
