Social Media Manager & Marketing Strategist

Overview We are seeking a strategic and experienced Social Media Manager/Marketing Strategist to manage our brand’s social media presence and reputation across all channels. This role will oversee social media for both our corporate brand and individual facilities, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and positive community perception. Leveraging Sprinklr, the Social Media Manager/Marketing Strategist will be responsible for implementing a data-driven social media strategy, reputation management, and regular reporting to support overall marketing and business objectives. How you Will make a difference Develop and implement a strategic social media plan for each facility and corporate account, aligning with overall business goals and values. Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to keep the company at the forefront of social media trends and emerging platforms. Create and manage daily posting schedules across multiple facilities, ensuring each post reflects both the facility’s unique character and the corporate brand’s consistency. Collaborate with content creators to develop audience-specific content, including images, videos, and graphics, optimized for each platform. Monitor all social media channels for engagement opportunities and promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries. Foster a positive online community through regular engagement and relationship building. Monitor and manage online reviews and comments on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and healthcare-specific review sites. Respond professionally to positive and negative reviews, working with facility leaders to address feedback and improve the online reputation. Identify and escalate critical reputation issues, providing recommendations for improving public perception. Use Sprinklr to track performance metrics and generate monthly and quarterly reports to evaluate social media and reputation management effectiveness. Present data insights and strategic recommendations to management, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement, reach, and overall brand reputation. Present innovative social media and reputation management strategies to leadership, demonstrating how social media can drive brand loyalty and enhance reputation on a regular basis. Collaborate with corporate and facility leadership teams to ensure alignment with business goals. What you Need to make a Difference Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience managing social media and online reputation, ideally within healthcare, long term care, or related industries. Proficiency in Sprinklr or similar social media management platforms. Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and healthcare review sites.
