Pay Rate: $77,000.00 Annually| Hybrid Schedule of 40% On-Site and 60% Remote/Monday, Wednesday, Friday/8:00 AM-5:00 PM/Labor Day Holiday and Some Weekend Events.
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Social Media Relationship Manager plans, directs, administers, and strategizes all social media content, platforms, and engagement as a vibrant, robust and proactive component of the overall marketing and communications strategy. You will report directly to the Senior Social Media Manager.
Primary Tasks:
Manages the development, implementation, and coordination of internal and external social media strategies, with the goal of establishing and maintaining a favorable image of the company(s) with tribal members, consumers, associates, and the public. Manages internal and external clients and partners to ensure the Social Media Team has all assets, collateral, and information needed for upcoming social media content and marketing campaigns. Plan, develop, review, and strategize content calendars and posting schedules with Clients, Relationship Managers, Key Stakeholders, Senior Social Media Coordinator(s) and Social Media Coordinator(s) to ensure all Marketing and Communications social media campaigns and initiatives are fully executed. Represents and monitors the overall online presence by overseeing all social media inquiry responses, crisis communication responses, etc. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Manages the influencer program to help leverage social media driven opportunities. Compiles, interprets, and reports metrics and impact. Develop, track, and adjust department budget to meet expectations. Communicates job expectations to staff; plans, monitors and appraises job results; enforces policies, procedures and productivity standards. Perform other duties as may be assigned.Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, related field or four (4) years directly related experience..
· Ability to work with a team, and manage multiple projects
· Project assignment and develop materials based on social media content strategy.
· Exhibit knowledge and correct use of social media management tools.
· Knowledge of all digital platforms and their integration into traditional media.
· Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Copywriting and proofreading skills
· Experience working collaboratively and creatively
· Three or more years of marketing related experience in hospitality or a related industry, or experience in managing multifunction’s.
· Three or more years’ experience managing multiple social media outlets from planning to execution phase
