As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the narrative of one of the leading home brands in the market, while amplifying our brand message and visual content across all social platforms. If you're an independent thinker with a deep understanding of the lifestyle social space (knowledge in home retail or interior design is a plus!) and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for someone with strong creative skills, advanced video and animation expertise, and a passion for being part of a top-tier in-house creative team.  This position will report into the Creative Director.What you get to do every day:Increase brand engagement rate and effectiveness. Increase brand reach & followers.Initiate and plan digital campaigns to build online community- inclusive of social trendsDevelop an OKL portfolio of content to remain competitive, relevant & grow reachIncrease video output (Reels, etc. 2-3 a week) to broaden brand content (& balance promo messaging)Analyze engagement data, identifying trends in follower interactions Incorporate UGC and influencer assets into brand postingsEngage and develop the OKL influencer communityDeliver creative execution that is on brief, on time, and on budgetWhat you bring to the role:3-4 + years of relevant professional experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in design or creative studiesProven examples of your creative in successful brand posts, campaigns and projectsExperience in managing social media content for Home, Lifestyle and./or Fashion retail brandsMastery of Social platforms and other applications for digital creative including all stages of the production cyclesThorough knowledge of video and editing technologies relevant to advertisingTraits we Value:Genuine enthusiasm for great marketing creative and design The drive to see projects through to the end and deal with the adversities along the wayCollaborative mentality, ability to recognize how to get things done as a teamHigh standards in creative execution and appreciation for design excellenceStrong interpersonal skills – effective communicatorDesire to be a collaborative and inspirational partner in the creative processSelf-confidence and composure to accept critique, process it, and apply the learning to improveWhat our interview process looks like:Depending on the position, our application and interview process may vary, but here are some of the ways we get to know you better:
