Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Social Media Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia. The focus of this role will be to manage social media profiles for an educational institution, assist with event promotions and support the creation of newsletters. This position will be based on-site. Responsibilities • Managing and maintaining two social media accounts for the institution • Assisting with the creation and distribution of newsletters using Constant Contact • Contributing to the design and management of promotional materials for events • Supporting the upkeep of menu boards • Utilizing skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Facebook Insights to enhance social media presence • Leveraging Google+ and other platforms to expand the institution's reach • Employing analytics to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies • Implementing best practices in blogging to boost brand awareness • Creating and managing advertisements to promote the institution's initiatives • Developing and maintaining editorial calendars for content management.
