Description and Requirements The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the developing creative concepts in partnership with the social media manager and agency team within our Infrastructure Solutions Group. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise, experience, and enthusiasm to help develop and implement a world-class social media strategy to build brand awareness and support the content creation team while delivering a year-over-year increase in followers and engagement
As a Social Media Specialist, you should have excellent multitasking skills to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms and geographies in a cohesive way. We are looking for someone who challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate while also balancing execution.
Basic Qualifications:Bachalors degree in Marketing or Communications
Preferred Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSocial media context experience (LinkedIn, X, Facebook)Experience working cross-functionally with other groups internallyData analytics experience (Power BI)

Job Responsibilites:
Track and manage social campaign performance and social media engagement metrics.Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for Lenovo.Educate Lenovo teams on social media etiquette and train employees to become more involved on social media.Manage content intake process and organize information in social editorial calendarCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, partner alliances, product, and corporate organization to ensure a cohesive social media strategy and execution.Source and develop compelling content for Lenovo brand channels, employees etc.Basic Qualifications:Bachalors degree in Marketing or Communications
